Mango Fool

Step 1: Peel and cut mango flesh from the stone.

Step 2: Puree mango, lime juice and Verjuice

Step 3: Whip double cream, Greek yoghurt and brown sugar.

Step 4: Stir through puree and serve.


  1. 300g 2 ripe mangoes
  2. 40ml 2 tbspn lime juice
  3. 20ml 1 tbspn verjuice
  4. 100g cream
