Strawberry, Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie

Step 1: Wash blueberries. De-hull strawberries and add both together with raspberries.

Step 2: Place in blender with chopped banana, chia seeds, coconut milk, water and blend until smooth.

Step 3: Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  1. 125g 1 cup fresh raspberries
  2. 85g 1 bananas if available use lady finger bananas as they have a beautiful flavour, skin must be marked with black patches to be ripe.
  3. 10g 1 tbspn chia seeds
  4. 270ml 1 tin coconut milk
  5. 500ml 2 cup water
