Sparkling Chardonnay Cocktail with Seville Marmalade

Step 1: Add two teaspoons of Seville Marmalade to each glass

Step 2: Add one shot of white rum to each glass and leave to macerate (don't stir for 5 minutes)

Step 3: Stir mixture after 5 minutes and top glasses with crushed ice

Step 4: Top both glasses with Sparkling Chardonnay and garnish with an orange rind twist

  1. 60ml 2 shots white rum
  2. 250ml 1 cup crushed ice
