Oysters with Pear & Ginger Vinaigrette

Step 1: Place the rock salt onto a serving platter and place the oysters on top.
Step 2: Pour the dressing into a small serving dish and place onto the platter with the lime wedges.
Step 3: To serve, drizzle ½ teaspoon of the vinaigrette over each oyster and garnish with micro herbs (optional).
