Mixed Tomato and Burrata Salad

Step 1: Place the balls of burrata in the centre of a large platter. Arrange the tomato slices around the burrata, then sprinkle over the basil leaves.

Step 2: Place the olive oil, Red Wine Vinegar & Vino Cotto into a small bowl and whisk together to combine.

Step 3: To serve, drizzle the dressing over the burrata & tomatoes, season with sea salt & freshly ground black pepper. Serve with grilled sourdough.

  1. 350g 3 ripe tomatoes sliced crossways
  2. 200g truss cherry tomatoes sliced crossways
  3. 1/4 cup basil leaves loosely packed
  4. 5ml 1 tspn Vino Cotto
  5. 6 slices grilled sourdough to serve
