Grilled Peach, Goat's Curd and Basil Bruschetta

Step 1: Cut peaches in half and drizzle with Verjuice.
Step 2: Grill peaches for three to five minutes or until they get a nice chargrilled appearance.
Step 3: Similarly, grill the bread for three to five minutes, depending on their size.
Step 4: Rub grilled bruschetta with garlic, top with grilled peaches, goats curd and torn basil leaves.
Step 5: Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and honey
