Green Beans with Dukkah

Step 1: Place a large pot of salted water over a high heat and bring to the boil.

Step 2: Cook the beans for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain off the water and drizzle over the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss to coat well.

Step 3: To serve, place the beans onto a serving platter and sprinkle with Dukkah .


  1. to season salt
  2. 600g green beans topped and tailed
  3. 5g 3 tbspn dukkah
