This time last year I was asked to present an address at Coober Pedy which I have to admit put me out of my comfort zone, as a nervous flyer the mode of transport was 2 ½ hour trips each way by light aircraft.
As the Australia Day Ambassador, 2016 for the City of Playford, this year I'll be celebrating this special day with a feast of all things Australian.- Maggie
