Tonight the 4th Season of The Great Australian Bake Off begins and you’ll quickly see why I love the show... 

It’s all about the people; the contestants and working with Matt Moran, Claire Hooper and Mel Buttle. Talk about energy! It’s a powerhouse of long days and the very serious job of tasting so many cakes. It’s a great show and given we filmed it in May last year, I’m thrilled to see it coming to the screen. There are lots of beautiful moments with the contestants and lots of laughter and sooooooo much cake!
