One of the many benefits Maggie has with her beautiful orchard, beyond an abundance of heirloom fruit, is that her never-ending stream of ideas can come to, well, fruition. Describing herself as a frustrated winemaker on one hand, with an orchard of heirloom fruit at her disposal on the other, it came as no surprise to us to taste the delicious ciders that resulted from this happy set of circumstance. With Maggie taking care of the how-to logistics of small batch cider making, all you need to worry about is making it through the decision process of whether apple or pear hits your glass first. Served icy, icy cold, we know from experience you can't go wrong with either!
