The final three will take it to the next level with a Signature of the classic French Opera Cake, an incredibly tricky Technical challenge of 12 identical Candied Orange and Ricotta Sfogliatelles, and finally a Showstopper that must be a tiered masterpiece.

Tonight's finale features a special guest appearance by delicious. Editor-in-chief Kerrie McCallum – as well as earning the title of Australia’s Best Amateur Baker, the winner will appear on the cover of delicious. magazine’s March 2017 issue.
