Thick and creamy, yet so refreshing and unbelievably delicious and versatile. Labneh is a soft cheese made from yoghurt and a staple of Middle Eastern cuisine for eons and one of their best kept culinary secrets. A healthy yet indulgent alternative to cream cheese, we have topped it with a robust extra virgin olive oil and lemon, which makes it delicious to use as a dip with only some crackers needed. Add to a dish of sautéed or baked cooked vegetables to give real excitement so easily. Add to salads, pastas pizzas or soups - in fact there are so many uses for our beautiful Labneh that it is quickly becoming one of our favourite products!
