Made in Maggie's Orchard Seasonal Short Run Kitchen this traditional jelly is based on the sweet tart flavour of juniper berries along with red wine, ginger and seville orange.
"A Jelly I would always have with cold turkey or ham but also great with a cheddar cheese. Its always used as an accompaniment to any game and can be used to added to rich poultry juices to make a great sauce. If there is any left over, brush over meat on the barbecue."
