Quince harvest is well underway at the farm! There is no end to this wonderfully evocative fruit's versatility; whether it be timeless quince paste, poached quinces with meringue, quince brioche or delicious pickled quince served with a terrine. Quince season and all that it yields is a definite favourite here in the Barossa!
